Sub: -Conducting of Divisional level CBS workshop-regarding. 

                 One Divisional level workshop on CBS will be organized on 30.08.2015(Sunday) at 10.00 hours in the Postal Recreation Club, Bhubaneswar GPO for the benefit of the Postmasters/Supervisors/Counter PAs of the CBS Post Offices. 

                   During this workshop broadly, the following subjects will be deliberated / discussed 

     i)  Reiteration of existing CBS/ATM instructions/guidelines/FAQs/SB orders.

    ii)  Discussion on common operational issues in Finacle

    iii) Solution to the common problems in Finacle

    iv) Listing out unresolved issues and further escalate to SPOCs/CIC

    v) Sharing the best practices adopted among the CBS Post Offices in dealing with particular issues/problems. 

           Therefore you are requested to attend the Workshop along with the PAs of your office who are working in the CBS counters.
