Sub: Building issue of Sambalpur H O

Respected Sir,

Inviting a kind reference to this Circle Union letter No. P3NFPE – Odisha / 06 – 02 / 2017, dated 23.02.2017 and Bimonthly Meeting Item No. 03-06/2017 held on 07.06.2017, this is to intimate though this Circle Union was assured to complete the repairing work of Sambalpur H O as early as possible giving suitable direction to the authorized contractor , it is regretted that the work has not yet been completed.

It has been reported by our Divisional Union that concrete slabs are frequently falling from the roof causing harm to the life of the employees and Govt. property. The situation went from bad to worse today (04.07.2017) with logging of rainwater inside the office preventing the staff members to sit and work inside the office.

This Circle Secretary in a telephonic discussion today (04.07.2017) appraised the facts to Sri Sanjay Kumar Biswal, AD, R O, Sambalpur who reported to have taken the stock of the situation and the SSPOs, Sambalpur Division and one ASPOs were already instructed to visit the spot.

Due to disruption of work in Sambalpur H O on 04.07.2017, the issue was seen to be highlighted in Media and giving a reply to the media people (OTV), the SSPOs was witnessed to commit for completing the work within a week.

As such, this Circle Union would like to request once again to ensure completion of the repairing work without any delay to save the building, to save our employees and to save the image of the Department as well.
