Dear SPOCs,
Kindly refer to para 2 of following email "Regarding ATM Cards Supply." sent by this office on 24.06.17 at 1352 hours. Copy of email attached for your reference and re-circulation/guidance to all concerned.
It has come to the notice of this office that still majority of the SOLs are not doing first level activation at their end (as per above para) in case of personalized and replaced cards, leading to large number of complaints. Hence, following instructions are resent for n/a:
1. While handing over the PINs of personalized cards to customer, please use CCMM Modify function and activate the new card after which, within 24 hrs cards will be activated. Similar activation should be done for replaced cards also.
2. Delivered status in CCMM menu does not mean physical delivery of personalized or replaced card to the customer. Delivered status in CCMM menu means that card is under process.
3. "Invalid account" error is faced due to pending first level activation at SOL end only in case of Personalized and Replaced Cards.
Kindly re-circulate above instructions to all the SOLs and do basic checks at your end before sending ATM card complaints to this office.
