Due to Non Recognition - There were No Representatives of AIPEU GDS ( NFPE ).
Important Issues :
# Updation of Past Premia Posting of PLI / RPLI.
Front end method to be followed by santion of UCP to prevent any kind of inconvenience, inconsistency along with loss to the fund. Vital for RICT.

5. Alay Pal : SB Allowance : The SPM has not submitted EST - 2 for the same for Sanction of the Allowance by DO.
He should submitt EST - 2 for the same period to get SB Allowance

-) Sanctioned and No Pending from 4/2017. As back sanctioning is Suspicious, they will be sanctioned after getting audit approval.
So All the GDS Comrades of the Division are requested to send their bills on monthly basis for Sanction.
Reinstatement of GDS qnd Salary thereof : Put off Cases :
Done in all cases with no loss and fraud. Still depends on the progress of Inquiries.
All non loss and fraud put off cases be brought to the notice of this union.
GDS Union Subscription Fee: As No Authorization Submitted and Verification is yet to begin. No Subscription is to be deducted. Any Deviation to be brought to the notice of Secretary.
Generalized Issues :
1. Posting of Treasurers and ATRs at Angul HO, Dhenkanal HO, Nalco Nagar MDG, Talcher MDG, Athamalik LGS SO.
- Will be Done Soon.
2. Arrangement for Posts of Higher Responsibilities to remove fresh entrants and petty juniors working in the same. Case of Deepsikha, RD Site, Pallahara.
- RO / CO will Post as the posts are of LSG, HSG - 2 and HSG - 1 Cadre.
Still Requested to Do Divisional Arrangements.
3. Liquidation of Long and Huge Pending Advance. Case of Angul HO, Rest HOs, MDGs and SOs.
- Currently Forwarded are sanctioned. Long Pending Bills forwarded now for Sanction dragging suspicion.
So All are requested to send all types of bills for Sanction on monthly basis properly like Petrol / Diesel Bills, etc.
Don't keep any advance bill without forwarding them to DO.

4. Proper Electrical Earthing, Wiring, Safety Arrangements.

5. Drinking Water Facilities. Cooling Arrangements

6. Repairing of Buildings / Establishments / Staff Quarters to Avoid Leakage of Rain Water and damage to records, equipments thereof.
-) Water Problem at Talcher MDG has been solved. All that Possible at DO Level to be Done. Case to be taken up at RO / CO Level. All Office Heads to intimate discrepancies to the Secretary
7. Repairing / Exchange / Replacement of Batteries, UPS and Genset.
-) Done Where possible. Indent has been forwarded to RO. Approval from RO awaited.

9. Clearance of Huge Long Pendency in TA Bills, Leaves, Various Claims like LTC, MR, etc.
-) Sanctioned on receiving the same. Back Period sanction drags suspicion. So all are requested to Submit their Bills immediately after completion of tour, Leaves, etc. Non sanctioned ones to be intimated to the Secretary
10. Look and feel : Name Plates, Letter Boxes, Furniture, De Quarterisation House and House rent paid.
Steps to be immediately taken for payment of house rent so that repairing, additional needy arrangement will be done by the house owners. Case of RD Site SO, Parjang SO. Offices to be sifted to suitable buildings. If rent comes beyond the Power of Divisional Head. Cases may be Done by RO / CO as the case may be.
-) in case of RD Site SO all amount lying UD will be paid by postmaster cheque. In case of Meramandali SO, security position is under consideration. All other cases to be intimated to the union.
11. Fill up of vacancies: Compassionate Appointment ; timely notifications : payment all dues, gratuity to retiring person on the date of retirement.
