The Communication modules pertaining to MM Modules are not properly working in some of the offices. The Speed Net communication shows no internet connectivity and the ePayment Communication just showing transmitting the files but the files could not be transmitted. while checking the last called in ePayment Client it is not updated in MIS site also.
The Accounts MIS module is not transmitting the data to central server. The above communication modules are could not be contacted DNS Server through Internet due to non availability of DNS in the Configuration.
Please configure the following DNS in Client Machine to enable the transmission between central server and client PC.
LAN Properties > TCP/IP v4 Properties >Advanced> DNS> ADD
