Implement NCCPA Call for Dharna on 11th July despite deferment of Strike by NJCA NCCPA Call for a Dharna by Pensioners on 11th July!

11^th July Pensioners Dharna

The indefinite strike has been deferred by NJCA. However, the

Pensioners Dharna as called by the NCCPA

shall be held on 11.07.2016.

The issue of Pensioners particularly the Option Number 1 for

refiation of pension must be insisted and the Resolution to be

adopted and sent to the Finance Minister.

“This meeting of the pensioners held at…….. request the honourable Finance Minister that the 7^th CPC recommendations to allow Option No. 1 to the Pensioners may be accepted and implemented removing the words appeared in the Government Press Statement “subject to feasibility”. The pensioners are extremely worried that the said phrase, if included in the Gazette Notification will be taken advantage of by the Pension Department of the Government of India to deny the legitimate benefit to the pensioners, even though the Government has decided to accept the recommendation made in this regard by the 7^thCPC. “
