Sub:-  Effecting no recovery of installments of security deposits of GDSs from allowance in compliance with orders dated 20.02.2020 of Hon’ble  CAT, Cuttack Bench in OA No. 84/2020 & MA No. 135/2020.

 

            A copy of the order dated 20.02.2020 of Hon’ble CAT, Cuttack Bench in OA No. 84/2020 & MA No. 135/2020 filed by Shri Haresh Chandra Mishra, GDSBPM, Kandhala BO i/a/w Talcher MDG received through informal sources on 27.02.2020 evening is forwarded herewith for immediate implementation. In compliance with the said orders of Hon’ble CAT, recovery of the installments of security deposit of GDS in respect of Haresh Chandra Mishra, GDSBPM, Kandhala BO i/a/w Talcher MDG & other applicants (whose names are not known so far), be stopped from the allowances for the month of Feb 2020 onwards till further instruction. If the drawal is already effected with recovery due to difficulty in editing the data in the computerized system, the amount so recovered if any for the month of Feb 2020 be refunded to the concerned GDS who are the applicants of the aforesaid OA/MA. If required the details of the applicants of the OA/MA be ascertained from the aforesaid GDS. This refers to the phonic discussion of the undersigned on 26.02.2020 evening and 27.02.2020 with Shri S.K. Mohapatra, Dy. PM, Angul HO.
