SAP Slowness It : TCS Reply
SAP slowness issue taken up with the TCS company.
Reply received by team head during discussion is as follows
SAP is being used in many countries all over world.
But no country has more than 5000 users. But DOP crossed 40000 users accessing every day. Company customised the software for 6000 users only for DOPI. TCS team stunned by the number of users accessing the SAP in DOPI. They are feeling it as world record.
Now team is working on the issue. Hope the issue will be resolved soon.

RTP - Reserve Training Pool (RTP)
RTP case filed by NFPE, P-III and R-III CHQ at CAT Principal Bench Delhi. Our main submission in the CAT is that RTP services should be counted as regular services for all purposes including pensionary benefits and especially for granting MACP promotions. In the recent judgment of the CAT Ernakulam Bench the CAT has ruled that RTP services SHALL NOT BE COUNTED FOR MACP promotions. Counting RTP services for TBOP/BCR alone will not give much benefit to employees. We want the entire RTP services should be counted for MACP.
