Circle, Bhubaneswar has intimated vide e-mail letter no. ML/2-84/2010 Ch. I Sub , dated-27.12.2017 that, the Speed Post TD and Speed Post NTD bags of the POs under Dhenkanal Division are not closed as per the prescribed norms. As such it not only attracts double handling but also delays in delivery and increase transit norm of NSH , Bhubaneswar.

Therefore, you are requested to close the SP bags to ICH, Dhenkanal, NSH, Bhubaneswar(TD) and NSH, Bhubaneswar (NTD) as per the prescribed norms.
