In pursuance of the Circle Office, Bhubaneswar Memo No. EST/1-2/Rlg/2016-Corr dated 07.10.2016, ST/26-6(1)/2017 (Postal) dated 23.02.2017 and RO, Sambalpur Memo No. ST/RO/150-9/2017 dated 25.03.2017, the following officials of Dhenkanal Division have been recommended by the DPC for promotion to the LSG Supervisor (Postal) cadre on regular basis in the Level 5 of the pay matrix recommended by the 7th Central Pay Commission from the date of assumption of charge.
Consequent upon their promotion to LSG Supervisor (Postal) cadre, they are transferred and promoted in the post noted against each below to have immediate effect.

The above official should join in his new place of posting within one month from the date of issue of RO, Sambalpur Memo No. ST/RO/150-9/2017 dated 25.03.2017, failing which it will be presumed that the official has declined the promotion.
The official may exercise his option choosing the date of fixation of his pay under FR-22(1)(a)(i) within one month from the date of assumption of charge. The official already given financial up gradation under MACPs scheme is not eligible for benefit of fixation of pay by virtue of his promotion.
Relevant charge reports may be sent to all concerned in due course.
