Sub:- Request for rescheduling of RPLI Mela and IPPB sensitization programme scheduled to be held on 10-12-2016 -Regarding.

Respected Sir,

It is to bring the kind notice that the Sub-Divisional Heads, who are on duty, are busy with their Inspection work so as to complete their allotted quota by 31^st December, 2016. Secondly, the LDCE for promotion to the cadre of PS Group-B is scheduled to be held on 18^th December, 2016. The scheduled RPLI Mela and IPPB sensitization programme on 10-12-2016 will definitely distract them from their inspection work and preparation for the said LDCE. Even, few Divisional Heads are now asking the Sub-Divisional Heads who are on leave to make arrangement for RPLI Mela and IPPB sensitization programme.

Therefore, this Association requests for rescheduling of RPLI Mela and IPPB sensitization programme scheduled to be held on 10-12-2016 to a later date.
