Sub: Updation of Legacy documents/Migration of non migrated and wrongly
migrated policies etc- Regarding.
This is regarding updation of legacy documents, migration of non- migrated/wrongly migrated policies, updation of correspondence address, contact details such as Mobile no, Email ID, Aadhar no. etc in McCamish. The following works are required to be completed by the dates as fixed by PLI Dte.
(i) Physical checking of all existing PLI/RPLI policies with reference to case files
to ensure that all policies have been migrated to McCamish. In case, some
policies are found not to have been migrated to McCamish, the photocopy of
history sheet and Acceptance letter should be submitted to CO by Regd.
Post. This process should be completed by 15.09.2016 positively.
(ii) Completion of Scanning and Uploadation of Legacy documents by 30.09.2016.
(iii) No Post office where McCamish is functional should accept premium in point
of Sale. The premium of non migrated policies or wrongly migrated policies
can be accepted in Point of Sale till the left out policies are migrated.
(iv) Mapping of Mobile Number and Email ID.
(v) Mapping of Aadhar Card, Pan Card.
(vi) Updation of Correspondence address details of the insurants, Nominees.
(vii) Updation of Premium particulars in McCamish paid by the insurants
through Meghdoot/Point of Sale by 30.9.16 .
Further, it is to intimate that daily report on uploading of legacy data may be sent to CO under intimation to this office.
This may be given TOP MOST PRIORITY.
