Kindly see the trail mail from CBS CEPT (FSI Team), Chennai regarding Scheme Transfer (SB Gen to SB Cheque) at Post Office using HACXFRSC menu. It has also been approved by O/o CPMG, Odisha.

For Scheme Transfer (SB Gen to SB Cheque) in respect of Sub-Offices, the following may kindly be followed.

SPM / concerned Supervisor has to initiate Scheme Transfer (SB Gen to SB Cheque) using HACXFRSC menu and note the Trans / Instruction ID.

The said Trans / Instruction ID need to be communicated to Head Post Office concerned. Postmaster of the HPO need to verify the Account using given Trans / Instruction ID.

This may kindly be brought to the notice of all concerned.
