High Impact on Quality of Service...
Since Post Offices have become more closer to human life and now has become an important POP for the citizens , the huge retirement vacancies will highly impact the service quality of the Organisation.
Moreover recruitment are being done on a turtle speed and the gap between the vacancy and recruitment will heap the job on the heads of the existing work force..
Sensitization of the situation and forecast recruitment to fill up the Posts would only be the solutions....
Unions should also be prepared to stage out their demands and double up the speed of the Administration in filling up all the vacancies in Post Offices....
Prevention is Better than cure........ Lets wait for the prevention activities or Lets wait and see how the cure is done........
