Create a New Customer in Speed Net Module for Booking SPCOD

In order to create a new SPCOD customer, please do the following and check:

First delete (or deactivate) the customer created by you to avoid any issue in future
Then login to SpeedNet MIS with division login credentials
Go to COD – Customer Management – Add New SPCOD Customer
Enter the customer information, barcode range (from and to), select biller, barcode prefix, etc.,
Create the customer
Once the above steps are followed, then SpeedNet Central Server will push the data to your local database to enable booking of SP COD articles for respective customer
Run the SpeedNet Communication and check whether local database is updated with customer created online or not
Once the local database is updated with customer created online, then do the Customer Agreement part in SpeedNet for this customer.
