Sub-Submission of agenda items and nomination of members for coming Bi-Monthly Meeting.
Respected Sir,
The agenda items for discussion in coming Bi-Monthly Meeting are placed below for favour of kind reference & inclusion. Sri Upendra Ku. Sahoo, Divisional Secretary Dhenkanal Division will accompany me for the above meeting. It is requested for making necessary relieving arrangements.
AGENDA ITEMS
Item No-1/01-2015:- Irregular transfer of Treasurers without completion of treasury tenure of two years and irregular deputation order, favouring an official to bring him to the same office from where he had been transferred by SPOs Dhenkanal division.
Brief: - In this connection this union’s letter No UN/AIPEU, Gr-C/Odisha/08-2014 dated 07-08-2014, dated 13-08-2014, dated 02-01-2015 and dated 07-01-2015 wherein this Union had lodged protest against transfer of treasurers of Angul HO & Talacher MDG to other nearby SOs without completion of treasury tenure of two years. Similarly we had brought the notice of RO about irregular deputation order of SPM Dhenkanal College SO as APM Accounts of Dhenkanal HO from where he had been transferred during last rotational transfer memo duly approved by RO. All the above irregularities and unruly actions were done by SPOs Dhenkanal Division. It is urged for cancellation of afore-said irregular orders for implementation of DTE guidelines in letter & spirit.
Item No-2/01-2015:- Request for vacation of encroachment of type-1 quarters by outsiders in Sambalpur HO Campus for demarcation of Departmental land and construction of back side broken boundary wall of Sambalpur HO.
Brief:- The type-1 quarters situated in Sambalpur HO are in dilapidated condition and no staff are residing there. After collapse of the back side boundary wall all such quarters have been encroached by the outsiders and illegal activities are being carried out putting other occupants into hardship and causing threat to cash & valuables of Sambalpur HO retained overnight. Hence, it is urged upon for vacation of encroachments to quarters, for demarcation of Departmental land available there and also for reconstruction of boundary wall to avoid future complicacies.
Item No-3/01-2015;- Request for replacement of damaged main grill gate of Sambalpur HO &Baragarh HO with new ones.
Brief: - The main grill gates of Sambalpur HO and Baragarh HO are completely damaged and require replacement with new ones. The gates were installed 30 years back and the bottom portions of the both the gates have been totally damaged. The main gate of Sambalpur HO is also in dilapidated condition and not movable. Early action for replacement with new ones is requested.
