Com Adi Panda, who, once worked in APS ( Army Postal Service ) had a very very efficient and effective career.
After serving the Department of Post for nearly 4 Decades, he retired on superannuation in PA Cadre.
He had continued his legal struggles and the Hon'ble Court of Law has ordered in his favour.
