Sir,

      It is observed that lots of issues are cropping in the performance of CSI and it also defers office to office and even division to division basis on their roll out period.

     I am directed to request you to segregate the errors in the attached format for taking remedial action at this end .Kindly share the excel sheet by26.03.2018 13:00 hrs positively .
