Sub- Regarding the COD workshop held at CEPT, Mysore.

 

             Circle Office, Bhubaneswar has intimated vide letter no. BD/4-6/2014-Vol-III, dated-06.03.2018 that, one COD workshop was held at CEPT, Mysore on 26.02.2018 & 27.02.2018. All the probable solution for the issues raised for COD cases was discussed.

 

              In this connection, you are requested to intimate details of those COD articles which were delivered at POs before CSI rollout but payment is pending (if any) to this office immediately for onward submission to Circle Office, Bhubaneswar.

                

                 Further, you are also requested to take immediate necessary action to update the delivery status of the pending COD articles.

1-5 .The ASP I/C, Angul Sub Division/ all the IPs under Dhenkanal Division. They are requested to conduct an enquiry in respect of those COD articles belonging prior to the preservation period i.e 2013,2014,2015 whose disposal details are not traced out from the office records.

6. The Complaint Branch, Divisional Office, Dhenkanal. A copy of the CO letter no. BD/4-6/2014-Vol-III, dated-06.03.2018 is enclosed herewith for taking necessary action in respect of remarks in para no. 02 of the CO letter.

7. The SA, Angul HO/ Dhenkanal HO. They are requested to monitor the  performance of the COD articles of the Division extracted from the MIS report on daily basis and proceed to the default offices immediately whenever any operational or technical issues arises.
