Sub:- Implementation of rotational transfer order for the year 2018-19

                The rotational transfer order for the year 2018-19 was issued vide this office Memo No-B3/Ch.XI(A)/2018-19dated 08.03.2018 & B3/Ch.XI/2018-19wherein the following officials have been transferred with TA and TP. But due to administrative inconvenience it is not possible at present to allow transit time to any such officials.

2.       Sri Jajnyasen Kundu, SPM Marthapur

3.       Sri Srikannt Chandra Sundar Ray, PA, Angul HO

4.       Sri Shyamalendu Behera, PA ,Balimi SO

5.       Sri Manoranjan Dehury, PA, Athmallik SO

6.       Sri Prakash Chandra Swain, PA, Angul HO

7.       Sri Chinmaya Biswal, PA, Bhapur SO

8.       Sri Prasnta Rout, SPM, Hindol SO

9.       Sri Bhankateswar Bhue, PA, R.K.Nagar SO

 

It is therefore requested to relieve all the above officials by 24.03.2018 afternoon positively with direction to join their new place of posting latest byforenoon of 26.03.2018 without availing the transit time. The transit time of the above officials will be credited to their leave balances in due course.
