NOTICE
It is hereby notified that the 108th DAK ADALAT at Divisional Level of Dhenkanal Division will be held on19.03.2018 at 11.00 AM in the Office of the Supdt. of Post Offices, Dhenkanal Division, Dhenkanal-759001.
Members of Public are requested to send their grievances relating to Postal transactions of Dhenkanal Division in triplicate to the Supdt of Post Offices, Dhenkanal Division, Dhenkanal-759001 along with receipt/ testimonial of concerned Post Offices, details of complaint and name and complete address of the complainant.
Complaints not related the Postal Services like opening of Post Offices, creation of new post, rent of the Post Office or house rent etc are not included in the ambit of Dak Adalat. So it is advised not to send any complaints relating to the above topics.
All concerned are requested to give wide publicity among the members of public so that those having any grievances/complaints can directly write to the Divisional Dak Adalat for its redressal on or before17.03.2018.Complaints received after 17.03.2018 shall not be taken into consideration.
