Sub- Regarding use of both side of a sheet of A4 xerox paper

 

                 It is seen that after Roll out of CSI  in this Division , all reports in PoS , Back Office including SAP module is saved in pdf format. Only A4 paper is required to print these reports.

 

                 So consumption of A4 xerox paper  is significantly high. It has been noticed that all most all the offices under this division are using only one side of the paper for printing of those reports letting other side in wastage.

 

 

                Therefore it is requested to use the both sides of the sheet of A4 paper to minimize the use of paper.
