This is regarding CSI Rollout of Dhenkanal Division on 23.01.2018. In this connection this is to intimate that, queries have been received from the PM/SPMs regarding clarification about the accounting of SI Entries/Auto Debits/Credits in DOP Finacle. The clarification is as below:
The closing balance of SOs dated 17.01.2018 and HOs dated 19.01.2018 need to be updated in the CSI DCT portal. As such, it has been instructed not to make any financial transactions during the period from 18.01.2018 to 22.01.2018. Further, the SI Entries/Auto Debits/Credits in DOP Finacle will not affect the closing balance of the offices.
Therefore, the SI Entries/Auto Debits/Credits in DOP Finacle should be taken into account.
No financial transaction should be made during the period from 18.01.2018 to 22.01.2018.
This may be treated as Most Urgent.
