    This is regarding CSI Rollout of Dhenkanal Division on 23.01.2018. In this connection please refer to this office e-mail dated 17.01.2018, wherein it has been intimated that, the last day for financial transactions at SO is fixed on 17.01.2018 and at HO on 19.01.2018.

 

        Therefore, you are requested to clear all the CIF creations / CIF modifications pending at your end and complete printing of passbooks pending at your end during the period from 18.01.2018 to 22.01.2018 positively.

 

No financial transaction should be made during the period from 18.01.2018 to 22.01.2018.

 

This may be treated as Most Urgent.
