To facilitate the handling of COD issues in a better way a new module for COD has been created in CEPT HDMS. The tickets raised in connection with COD issues must be raised only by selecting "COD Module". Hence it is kindly requested to take necessary action to circulate this information to all the Post Offices at the earliest.
