Sub- COD articles pendency list for legacy data sanitisation.
Ref:- This office letter no. G-208/Ch-I, dated-15.11.2017 & 17.11.2017.
Please refer to this office letter cited above on the captioned subject. In this connection, a copy of list of SPCOD articles is sent herewith in respect of which the disposal information is not available in the Speed Net MIS.
In this connection, you are requested to submit the correct disposal data of the SPCOD articles from the following list duly signed and certified as “This is to certify that I am personally satisfied with the correctness of the information provided as per the details above and all the COD amount has been taken into government account and subsequently the realised amount is not paid to anyone in any form”within three days of receipt of this letter positively.
Remarks for delivery disposal of articles:-
1. Physical articles not received.
2. Delivered and paid through e-payment on dated-…………………………………
3. Delivered and amount remitted through eMO/Service eMO no………… dated-………….
4. Delivered and amount remitted through money order no……………dated-………….
5.Delivered and amount not remitted through any source.

Further, it is to intimate that, as this is one time and final settlement exercise, any laxity will be viewed very seriously and no further request for any live cases of this period will be entertained in future. If such instances are noticed in future the officials is fully responsible for it and liability if any will be met from the officials concerned.
If the above COD disposal details are not received by this office within three days of receipt of this letter or any data received without prior certification, the same will not be entertained and the defaulting office/official will be held responsible for final settlement of legacy data sanitisation exercise.
