HCAACTD is command is used for both Normal and Claim Closure of MIS/TD Account. We have to waive of Penal interest in Claim Closure of MIS. The process of waive of Penal Interest is given here.

Click Closure Detail TAB Collect Penal Int - No Close Mode – Select Transfer Repayment A/c ID – SB A/c or Post Master Cheque A/c Click on Closure Exception Tab Closure Reason - DTCLM Click on Submit for verification – Note Tran ID Login as supervisor Menu Shortcut - HCAACVTD GO Function – Verify A/c ID Click on Go Click on Closure Details Tab Click on Closure Exception Tab Submit
