Sub: Regarding seeding of Aadhaar numbers in every Postal account including MGNREGA .

 

         As instructed by CO,Bhubaneswar every Postal account including MGNREGA should be seeded with Aadhar number of the depositors. The SOLwise list of CIF No.s not seeded with Aadhaar Numbers is sent through your indiapost e-mail.

 

        Therefore, you are requested to take immediate necessary action and ensure completion of Aadhar seeding in every Postal account by 30.11.2017 and submit compliance report to this office.The Postmen and GDS staff may be involved in collecting the aadhar consent forms from the depositors.

 

        Further, for creating awareness for Aadhaar number seeding in POSB account , it should be suitably displayed on Notice Board in the office premises for seeding of Aadhaar in addition to your other efforts. The format for Aadhar consent form is  enclosed herewith.

 

This may be treated as Most URGENT.
