NOTICE
Under the Provisions Contained in Article 45 ( I )( h), 46, 47, 48, 49 of Constitution of AIPEU - GDS, Notice is hereby Given that the meeting of Divisional working committee of AIPEU - GDS, Dhenkanal Divisional Branch will be held from 12.11.2017 to 13.11.2017 at Dhenkanal. The DWC will commence sharply at 10.00 hours on 12.11.2017.
The DWC/EB(GB) members and all the office bearers are requested to attend the meeting in time.
Members who are neither Office-Bearers nor DWC Members but willing to Join the DWC Meeting are also Welcome to attend the DWC Meeting as Invitees.
The Following shall be items for agenda for the WC meeting.
1. Confirmation of the resolutions and proceedings of the Previous DWC meeting held at Nadhera from 22.01.2017 to 23.01.2017
2. Organisational review
3. Divisional Issues
4. Problems arising Out of
a) implementation of RICT Project
b) Survey of Unelectrified House Holds
c) Acute Shortage of Hands and related problems due to no recruitment
d) NPS Exit and Compassionate Appointment Issues.
e) Victimization by Administration in the Name of Withheld of TRCA for Impractical Target Achievements in the Presence of Many Unsolved Grass Root Level Problems..
5. Biased Unionism by Administration and Un Due Favouritism to BPEA.
6. Brief on Development of Various Issues in the Agendas Taken up at Circle / RO / Division Level.
7. suggestions for putting agenda before Circle Union, CHQ if any.
8. To devise ways and means to Implement CHQ, Circle directives, Agitation Programs etc
9. Any other item with permission of the chair.
