Divisional Secretary writes to SPOs on Arbitrary cut in amount claimed in passing TA Bills

  It is learnt that long pending TA Bills are now being passed.But it is a matter of great concern that the bills are passed hastily without considering the legitimate claim of the officials.The bills were kept pending for years . Besides now it seems  the amount claimed by officials has been cut at will.T he staff are in dark about such abnormal deduction while passing the bills.

 Recently passed TA Bills of Sri Pravas Kumar Sahoo PA  and J Mohapatra PA Angul HO may kindly be referred .For 3 days training at Sambalpur  Rs 300/_ is said to have been sanctioned which is unbelievable.

As I have learnt the problem has arisen because of   Hotel bill.No such problem was seen before.

This has caused high resentment amongst the staff.

   As such it is requested to kindly review all such cases and stop arbitrary cut without making any inquiry.And the bills may be passed as per prevailing precedence as one time solution as the cases are already abnormally delayed.
