Please refer to this office letter cited above on the captioned subject, wherein it was requested to close TD and NTD bags to the respective ICHs/ NSHs/SMOs/CRCs. But most of the POs are not closing TD and NTD bags to the respective ICHs/ NSHs/SMOs/CRCs, which was intimated by Circle Office, Bhubaneswar through letter no. ML/2-156/2017 dated-17.10.2017.

 

Therefore you are once again requested to close TD and NTD bags to the respective ICHs/ NSHs/SMOs/CRCs and do all necessary scan from booking to dispatch of an article.
