Dear Sir/Madam,
It has been confirmed by Infosys team that patch has been deployed for the following issues and rectified:
1. DB Operation failed during verification in CCMM menu.
2. Activation error for personalized cards linked with multiple accounts.
Communicate the same to all the SOLs and inform them to Modify/verify all such entries.
Intimation may also be given to the customers in this regard.
