New ECMS upload Utility

As informed by CEPT, New ECMS upload utility is now available in production. It is requested to process maximum cases today and send your feedback at the earliest

Procedure for new ECMS upload utility. It is requested to download jar file (executable file) from 

SFTP IP : <content not displayed> *
SFTP Folder Path :/CBSDM/incoming/Production/ECMSDocumentUploadUtility

( it can be downloaded using filezilla utility-Contact System Aministrator of respective HOs )

Please follow the procedure given in the above location

Important Guidelines

1. Folder docuploadutility has to be created in C: 

2. Folder "input" has to be created in C:\docuploadutility

3.Folder "output" has to be created in "C:\docuploadutility"

4. File in pdf format should be in the name as mentioned in the document and placed in input folder

5. After executing jar file, username, password, station have to be fed

6. After clicking login button, the utility will close after sometime.

6. Check the log file (available in the same folder of jar file)

7.Check the excel file in output folder

8. Check in filenet
