Procedure for transmission of articles data to Central Server in Postman Module

Steps to be followed

In order to re-transmit the data of all the articles delivered since last 3 months, please follow the below procedure, before day end 

a) Run the attached excel file. It will enable the local data to be fetched again for creation of delivery messages to central server

b) Perform day end. It may take some extra time as the entire data has to be fetched again (max of 5000 articles at a time) 

c) After day end please use the option Postman-->Supervisor-->Tools-->Create Delivery/Undelivery messages. This option will create message for 5000 articles at a time. If the office is bigger one please use this option for required number of times. 

d) Run RNet communication and check whether the message files are pushed to TXD1 folder in RNet communication. Pushing of all the messages created today to TXD1 folder indicates that the transmission to central server is successful 

e) Once received in server, server will process and the pending report will be updated by tomorrow. Please check the same tomorrow to see the impact
