Download the attached update for Windows 2003 server and install the same. Then update the client certificate as per CEPT guidelines.

Solution of Security Certificate Issue in Windows Server 2003

If you are getting following errors after installing the certificate in windows server 2003 with SP 1 or SP 2 with 32 bit OS you may install the Microsoft hot fix available in below link. Then restart the server once. This should solve the communication issues if any due to registration of new certificate in Windows Server 2003 OS

"The integrity of the certificate cannot be guaranteed. The certificate may be corrupted or have been altered"

In case of Windows XP OS if it is with SP3 this above problem will not come. So in case of XP users with less than SP3 may upgrade to SP3
