Com. Bhim Kumar Rai, Ex- Divisional Secretary, NFPE, Sikkim State breathed his last on 24.02.2017 (06.44 hours).
Thus is a huge loss for NFPE.
The AIPEU, Group-C, Dhenkanal Divisional Branch sincerely mourns the sad demise of Com. Rai and prays God to shower His unending blessing over the bereaved family members to bear with this irreparable loss.
Let the departed soul rest in eternal peace.
