Finacle Urgent: Reg Could not Get Response and Opening Multiple New Accounts

Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I am directed to intimate/request the following.

We are receiving calls and mails and also It is seen that due to frequent Error as "Could not get Response from Server" and Slowness of Server

1. Multiple new accounts are getting opened.

2. SOLs are running HTV without analysis the trans and to post it in bulk in a hurry.

3. this will lead to problem in accounting and delay in EOD

 

If user gets " Could not getresponse from Server", user should check HFTI / HAFI to know whether transaction/ account is created or not. Without checking, user should not do other transaction .

 Wrongly opened accounts due to COULD NOT GET RESPONSE FROM SERVER :
 If there is no solution in time, please follow the following

(i)     If transactions are not  posted and accounts are  not verified
MAKE AN ERROR ENTRY WITH ALL DETAILS
(a)    Delete the transactions in HTM
(b)   Cancel the accounts in Account opening menu in SUP

It is requested to stop opening further new accounts for today  and finish all accounting works and concentrate on EOD as early as possible.

In continuation to the trail mail.

 

1. Please do not run HTV without analysing the pending transactions in HFTI-ENTERED STAGE

2. Go to HFTI-ENTERED stage to know the Transaction details

3. Go to HAFI : as indicated in the screen shot attached to know the pending new accounts for cancellation/verification.

 

Follow the previous mail for details.

 

Do not open new accounts further and concentrate on EOD as early as possible.​
