Generally when we try to close the TDA accounts now a days in Finacle we are facing the error " Time stamp error".
This error is occurring for the TDA accounts such as MIS,KVP,NSC,TD,RD and SCSS accounts
The error screen shot will be as shown in the below screen shot
From the above error screen one can observe when the user tried for closure of NSC/KVP account the system thrown the failure error as A time stamp error occurred.
Root cause of the above Problem :-
Usually the above error is occurring in DOP Finacle when the users tried for closure initially in the counter PA and cancelled the closure in the supervisor login
After cancellations users can modify the account and they are doing CIF merging activities and verifying the modifications in the supervisors.
Generally if there is any modification pending then the system should throw the error "Time stamp error" but in this we are verifying the each and every activity hence this is flaw in the system only which means there is issue in date base only.
Solution for the above Problem :-
As discussed the above problem purely not the manual this is system error which means technical error in the data base which should be solved in the back end by the help desk team
Hence regarding this solution provided by the Infosys help desk team.
It has been intimated by Infosys that patch (Preventive fix) has been deployed on 19/01/2017. Hence this error should not occur from 20/01/2017.
For the already affected accounts, data correction patch will be raised by Infosys. We will share the details once deployed.
