Sir/Madam,

I am directed by competent authority to convey the following

Infosys has informed that troubleshooting is still on and the expected time of solution is not known.

As per instructions of DD-CEPT, offices can leave for the day (24/11/2016) and complete today's work by attending office tomorrow morning early (25/11/2016) . It is seen that few offices have done transactions which are still in ENTERED/POSTED and even bulk lists are in PENDING state.

If Finacle is restored, Circle CPCs will execute HISCOD ONLY for offices where there are no blocking validations or no transactions has happened.

CPCs may kindly co.ordinate centralized  EOD team for EOD activities.
