WRONG INDIA POST URL IS BEING SENT IN SMS OF DELIVERY

Wrong India Post URL is being sent in SMS of Delivery 

This is surprising that why this type of mistake is created by IT Team of DOP. A customer is came to Post office and complaint about India Post URL. He described that he received some order of Amazon through India Post. Third day 29.08.2016, He received order successfully. Now on 31.08.2016, He received the message of thanks from India Post. The message is given below

When he opened the URL (http://indiapost.gov.in) given in message . The following screen was coming on his mobile.

He tried two & more time but the web site was not opened. At last he approached to Post Office and complaint his matter and said -

First he received the message after 2 days of delivery and second the URL is not opened.

Now Postmaster realizes and apologies for the mistake that there is missing of www in web URL of India Post. The correct URL of India Post ishttps://www.indiapost.gov.in

This is not so huge mistake but this effect is not so good in public. Our IT Team should check this mistake and correct it so this type of event don't repeat in future. Finacle Solution Team request to our IT Team to correct this URL in message
