How I can register in PLI customer portal ?

You can access your PLI policy detail online through PLI Customer portal and also  make online payment of your Postal Life Insurance policy. However before login to portal , you have to follow the following steps:- 


Step-1 If you already have a postal life insurance policy, you will have update your Mobile and e- mail address to register with the PLI. Both details  are mandatory for customer portal login if already not updated at the of purchasing of policy. 

Step-2 Submit a Request Form to nearest Post Office/Central Processing Centre for updation of your Mobile number and e-mail. You can also update your Address, PAN details and can link Aadhar ( with self-attest copy of Aadhar card) with your policy. 

Step-3 You will receive information from CPC after updation. Then Visit to  at Customer Portal tal and click on Generate Customer ID.

You will have to fill the form as per the information in your policy document and submit.

After this, your credentials will be verified at PLI end and you will receive an email with 24 hours of the submission of your request.

Step-4 This email will contain your Customer ID and a link which will remain active for 72 hours from the time of submission of the request. You will be able to set a password with this. After this, you will be able to login to the portal using the customer ID and password and have access to a host of features.
