In obedience to the directions of the Postal Joint Council of Action, CHQ comprising National Federation of Postal Employees and Federation of National Postal Organizations and in accordance with the provisions of Sub Section ( 1 ) of Section 22 of Industrial Dispute Act , 1947, Dhenkanal Division served the Notice to the SPOs, Dhenkanal Division to go on Indefinite Strike from 11.07.2016.
Secondly, in obedience to the directions contained in NFPE, Odisha Circle letter No. NFPE/OR/Agitation/05-2016, dated 18.05.2016 addressed to the Chief Postmaster General, Odisha Circle, NFPE Unions, Dhenkanal Division served a notice to the SPOs, Dhenkanal to participate in the day long dharana programme scheduled by NFPE Unions, Odisha Circle on 15.06.2016 in front of the Chief PMG office, Bhubaneswar.
In the absence of the SPOs, both the above Notices were handed over to the ASPOs(OD) / in-Charge.
