A meeting, Chaired by Sri Rabindra Kumar Sethy, Postmaster, Angul HO was Held in the Mail Section of Angul HO on 12.09.2015 to Discuss and Fix All the Schedules of the Celebration.
All the Staff / Employees of Angul HO took part in the Said Meeting.
It was unanimously decided to cordially invite all concerned.
A Committee was formed, consisting of the Following Officials for Managing the Whole Program in All Dimensions.

The Following Schedule was decided through discussions and was unanimously accepted.
1. Cutting of Cake in the Morning, before Office Hours on 01.10.2015
2. Night Programme, after Office Hours on 01.10.2015 like Tiffin, Snacks, Tea, Feast, Cultural and Entertain Programmes, etc
