Clarification on operating procedures for PLI /RPLI

The policies which were not initially  procured under Bhubaneswar GPO/ Division  will  not be available  in MacCamish. For those policy the premium has to be collected on Meghdoot. Only after migration of that HO the data will be available in MacCamish.

 Please intimate  the policy number of any Policy procured at Bhubaneswar Division and  which is not available on MacCamish  so that we can take up the matter for uploading the data.

All are requested to check the  status of  the Policy  premium  and if any discrepancy  found in premium push Back then the PB should be send to CPC, Bhubaneswar GPO after collecting the updated  premium on Meghdoot.

All the updated policy  premium should be collected only on MacCamish .

Printing of Receipt  in MacCamish is a issue  and it will be resolved within a day or two and for the same you are requested to contact your SA for resolving.

Pending printing  issue resolved you can note the MacCamish receipt No and premium amount in the Premium Pass Book  with signature and date stamp.

Printing of Report: There is no need to  send the MacCamish  collection Report on hard copy to the HO along with the Daily account. The PLI CPC will generate the daily report at GPO and send it to  Sub Account Branch for checking.
