For CIF creation / Verification error please follow the following steps:
Dear SAs,
Please ask the Users to Clear the Cookies and clear the browser cache.
For Cookies : Stay at IE and press SHIFT+CLRL+Delete and select all option and clear
For browser cache: Stay at IE and press F12 them press CTRL+R and select Yes.
Restart Computer.
