Sir,
The e-mail  in original received  from  Assistant Director General(FS I), Department of Posts, Dak bhawan, New Delhi dtd.  17.08.2015 regarding the above subject   is forwarded herewith for information, guidance and necessary action at your end.
It is  also intimated that  the Western Union continuous  endeavour to provide easy to use, secure and robust Consumer /Agent Support tools, effective from  1st August, 2015 & moving to a new CSC vendor. The new CSC vendor site is empowered & equipped with latest Western Union CSC tools needed to provide one call resolution for the majority of the requests. The CSC will now have two dedicated toll free numbers for Consumers and Agents in line with Western Union global standards to improve our Consumer and Agent support experience.

Agent Support Toll Free Number :- 1800 1034 222
Please note that existing toll free number will continue to be active until November 16, 2015, having a recorded message  informing callers of the new numbers. Agents may still continue to send their inquiries  by e-mail to wu-indiacsc@westernunion.com. The new CSC vendor site will be able to support the existing services with more enhanced experience due to the availability of a number of CSC tools. The new site will provide the below services: 

1.      Money transfer status

2.      Location Inquiry

3.      TID Reset

4.      Password Reset

5.      Software Error

6.      Break Fix Team

7.      Software Installation / Reinstallation

8.       WUPOS Reinstallation

9.      MY WU Inquiry

10. Exchange Rate Inquiry. 

Therefore, I am directed to  request  to circulate the letter for information of all concerned Offices/Units and staffs  dealing with IMTS Business under your jurisdiction  for information and necessary action.
