Sub:-    Regarding completion of internal and external painting works at all rented buildings under “Swachh Bharat Mission”.

               This is to intimate that as desired by the Chief PMG, Odisha Circle, Bhubaneswar, the internal and external painting works at all rented buildings are to be completed before the upcoming Circle level Building Co-ordination meeting scheduled to be held at CO, Bhubaneswar on 08.06.2015. As such, you are requested to take urgent necessary steps to ensure completion of internal and external painting works at all rented buildings under your jurisdiction and submit a completion certificate thereof to this office  through e-mail by 15:00 hours on 05.06.2015 positively.
