As per National Postal JCA Circular No. PJCA/2015 Dated: 6th   March, 2015 and Circle Postal JCA Circular No. OR / Strike / 03 – 2015 dated 10^th March, 2015 a Joint Convention of All Affiliated Unions of All Wings of NFPE & FNPO was held in the Premises of Lord Sri Sri Balaram Mandir, Dhenkanal.

Com Upendra Sahu, Divisional Secretary, AIPEU, Gr. C, Dhenkanal Division, Com. Ashok Kumar Nanda, Divisional Secretary, NUPE, Dhenkanal Division, Com, Brahmananda Sahoo, Divisional Secretary, AIPEU Postmen & MTS,  Com Smt Premalata Sethy, Divisional Secretary, NUPE, Postmen & MTS, Com.  Haresh Ch Mishra, Divisional Secretary, AIPEU GDS (NFPE) organised the meeting.

Secretary, P IV, NFPE, Com R.N. Pattanaik, RMS Attended and Addressed the Meeting Conducted by PJCA, Dhenkanal Division.

The 40 Point Charter of Demands were Discussed in the Meeting. It was Unanimously Resolved to make the Coming indefinite strike w.e.f. 06-05-2015 a thundering success in Dhenkanal Postal Division. It was decided to strike meetings at SO and BO Levels By Combined Campaign Tour Programmes of Divisional Level Leader. It was decided to give maximum publicity and participation of maximum no of employees is to be ensured.  Make the strike cent per cent. Maximum effort should be made to make the strike a grand success. The required planning and strategies were formulated.
